Hey there! I'm Andy O’Connell, a passionate cinematographer dedicated to crafting captivating visual stories that resonate with audiences. Hailing from the Madison Wisconsin, and now living in Silverthorne Colorado, I’ve always been fascinated by the power of visual storytelling.

My journey into cinematography began at an early age filming my homies throwing down on the ski hill. As a cinematographer, I thrive on the art of visual storytelling. I'm committed to bringing scripts to life through the lens. Behind every frame I capture lies a meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of cinematic techniques. From lighting and composition to camera movement and color grading, I strive for excellence in every aspect of my craft. I believe that great filmmaking is a collaborative endeavor. Working closely with directors, producers, and fellow creatives, I'm dedicated to realizing their vision while infusing each project with my own unique perspective and flair. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working on a diverse range of projects, including Mattel, Inpro, UW Madison, Leinenkugel’s, The U.S Coast Guard etc. As well as a tourism show called Discover Wisconsin. While working there received two Emmy Nominations. Whether it's a feature film, a documentary, a commercial, or a music video, I approach each project with the same level of passion and dedication.
